About the Role

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 10 hour shift

Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

As an Operator I, you will be working at our manufacturing facility as a key member of our manufacturing team. Your role will include operating production equipment, manual and semi-automatic assembly of components, and component measurement in collaboration with other team members.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is quality minded. You will spend significant time working in a Class 8 cleanroom environment producing medical devices and/or components and need to comply with established safety and cleanliness standards. Operating under an ISO 13485 quality system, you will adhere to quality documents, procedures, and work to maintain the cleanliness of the clean room, assigned work cell, and equipment.  To be successful you will conduct your efforts to ensure that production quantity objectives and process yield goals, quality expectations, and on-time delivery requirements are met.

About You

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • One year minimum experience working in a manufacturing
  • Knowledge of GMP’s
  • Must be able to do perform physical labor, lift 50lbs, work on their feet while using tools to perform repetitive
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended period of time
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Attention to detail with good hand-to-eye coordination and fine motor
  • Perform simple arithmetic functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, decimals, fractions, and mixed
  • Able to use precision measuring equipment such as caliper, micrometer, drop gage
  • Able to operate and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, fluid environment and work overtime when
